Study and Research Opportunities at the University of Rome Tor Vergata

Summary:
University Tor Vergata of Rome, which is part of YERUN organization, is under evaluation to become a new Erasmus + destination for UC3M students in course 2020/21. In this seminar, the study and research opportunities available at the University Tor Vergata of Rome will be described. The seminar is especially thought for students, both at the Bachelor and MSc. Level, who will have the opportunity of understanding better the courses taught at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, along with practical and theoretical aspects of teaching in Italy, and in Rome Tor Vergata specifically. Finally a brief description of the most interesting research topics along with project opportunities will be given.

Dr. Vincenzo Mulone is Associate Professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata in the field of energy conversion and engines. His research activities mainly concern the study of fluid dynamics within energy conversion systems and components. The study is aimed both at understanding the main aspects of design of systems and components in terms of both performance and emissions. Applications regard internal combustion engines, fuel cell components and system, biomass systems.

Dr. Mulone is co-author of more than 110 journal papers and conference proceedings.
