EDUCATION
Celia Sobrino obtained her degree in Mechanical Engineering (5 years program) in 2004 at Carlos III University (Madrid). She did the final project of her degree at Perugia University (Italy). She obtained her PhD in 2008 at the Department of Thermal and Fluids Engineering at Carlos III University. During her PhD she did two summer stays at the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering of the University of British Columbia (Canada). After her PhD she worked as a postdoc in the Process and Energy Department at Delft University of Technology in collaboration with the Energy research Centre of the Netherlands.

RESEARCH INTERESTS
Fluidized bed dynamics, combustion and gasification of biomass, oxy-combustion of coal and biomass.
